Cream Soda contains vanilla which is said to help calm the nerves and restore a sense of tranquillity.
At the Mr Fitzpatricks Bar we serve this with a scoop of delicious vanilla ice cream and add sparkling water. (We would certainly recommend you try this at home too.)
Cordials can be diluted with still, sparkling or soda water. Our recommendation is to dilute with sparkling water.
